Dla uczczenia tej rocznicy Chanel przygotowało niezwykłą "1932 Collection" inspirowaną biżuterią właśnie z 1932 roku. Kolekcja składa się z 80 modeli pierścionków, bransoletek, kolczyków i naszyjników z diamentów, szafirów oraz pereł. Po dwóch premierach w Paryżu przyszedł czas na Nowy Jork.
Z tej okazji wybudowano gigantyczną kopułę, mieszczącą się przy Muzeum Sztuki Nowoczesnej (MoMA), która będzie otwarta tylko przez jeden tydzień. Na jubileusz zaproszono plejadę gwiazd, m.in. Blake Lively, Diane Kruger, Alexa Chung, Elle Fanning, Rose Byrne, January Jones, Jessica Pare, Leigh Lezark, Linda Evangelista, Julie Henderson, Lindsey Wixson i Norę Zehetner.
