A to z powodu konfliktu Ariany Grande z organizatorami Grammy. Podobną decyzję podjęli Childish Gambino (wygrał w kategoriach "Record of the Year" i "Song of the Year"), Beyonce oraz Jay- Z. Grammy Awards to również występy gwiazd muzyki. Na scenie w Staples Center wystąpili m.in.

Dwa lata temu, piosenkarka wzięła udział w kampanii o zdrowiu psychicznym "Ok to say" (akcji patronował książę William). Gaga zdobyła również nagrodę BAFTA ("Best Original Music"). Sttuetkę odebrał w jej imieniu Bradley Cooper.
